Dear Customer,
Unfortunately we have been forced to cancel our Shore Excursions for the 2020 season due to the Covid-19 outbreak. If your cruise has been cancelled and you are booking another one for either 2021 or 2022, we will hold your booking and transfer it to your new date.
If you are not booking again and/or wish to receive a refund, please get in contact with us by emailing info@irishtourtickets.com quoting your booking reference number and we will process your refund as soon as possible.
Option 3 - For Cruise Ship Visitors from Belfast Port (Half Day Tour)
This is a bespoke tour that will collect from your cruise ship and take you to Hillsborough Castle. After the tour of the House, and time to discover the beautiful gardens, you will get a city tour of Belfast before being brought back to your ship in time for a late lunch.

This castle tour includes guided access to all the State Rooms that make up this elegant Georgian home, including the grand Throne Room, relaxing State Drawing Room, Lady Grey's Study, State Dining Room, Red Room and Stair Hall.
Explore 100 acres of beautiful gardens, also included with the tour to complete a relaxing morning.

- Report to coach after your ship docks (Our drivers and guides will be there to meet you).
- Depart Belfast Port at 9:15am.
- Hillsborough Castle
- Tour of The House
- 1 Hour free time for Castle Gardens
- Belfast City Tour
- Return to ship for approximately 2:00pm
- We can leave passengers at the city centre for free time before the ship sails. Passengers will need to get the ship shuttle or a taxi to return them to the ship.
- From your ship at Belfast Port. Coach will depart at 9:15am.
- To your ship at Belfast Port (Approximately 2:00pm in time for late lunch)
Although you will be inside the House on the guided tour please be aware of weather conditions on the day as you will be allowed one hour for the Castle Gardens. There is also an on site Café at the Gardens.

- You will receive a full refund if your ship itinerary changes and does not dock at Belfast Port
- For cancellation up to 72 hours prior to departure date: 10% administration fee will be imposed
- For cancellation less than 72 hours prior to departure date or 'no-show': No refund will be issued

- We guarantee you will arrive back in time for your ship's departure.
- You will receive a full refund if your ship does not dock at Belfasts Port.
- The coach will depart once everyone has boarded but no longer than 30 minutes after your ship has docked. (Please note, if your ship docks before 8:00am, the tour will depart at 8:30am). If you are going to be late please use the emergency contact number +44 (0)28 9031 0101. We cannot accept liability for missed tours if this procedure is not followed.
- Please be aware, visiting all locations is dependent on the the length of time your ship docks. If for any reason your ship docking time changes we may have to cut or adapt parts of the tour. We will notify you by email if any such circumstances arise. This can also happen on the day you dock in which case our drivers and guides will discuss the options available to you.
- Please note this tour will be subject to numbers.
- We advise you to bring sterling currency as Euro is not widely accepted in Northern Ireland.
